胡桃楸的形态学研究

摘　　要：目的：研究胡桃楸根、枝、叶和果4个部位的性状和显微鉴别特征。方法：采用性状鉴别方法观察性状特征;采用石蜡切片法制作组织切片,通过表皮解离制作表面片、水合氯醛透化制作粉末片,在显微镜下观察所有制片并拍照。结果：在性状鉴别方面,胡桃楸不同部位具有不同程度的涩味;根和枝断面呈层状、显纤维性;叶和果表面密被黄褐色毛茸;枝表面具有大型三角形叶痕。在显微鉴别方面,胡桃楸根、枝、叶和果薄壁细胞中均有簇晶,根、枝和叶中还具有晶鞘纤维;叶和果表面可见众多星状毛,同时具有腺毛和单列非腺毛;叶和果气孔分别为不定式和环式;根和枝的韧皮部具断续排列的厚壁组织环带。结论：系统地研究了胡桃楸根、枝、叶和果4个部位的形态学特征,其特征明显,为胡桃楸的鉴别和研究奠定了基础。Objective： To evaluate the macroscopic and microscopic character of the root,branch,leaf and fruit of Juglans mandshurica. Methods： Macroscopic character was obtained by macro examination. Tissue section was got by paraffin section method. Sections of epidermis and powder were obtained by dissociation and permeabilization,respectively. Character of all sections was observed and shot by microscope. Results： For macroscopic character,different parts of Juglans mandshurica showed astringency in different degrees. The root and branch fracture fibrous showed lobe like layers. The surface of leaf and fruit was coated with yellow-brown hair. The leaf scar on branch was triangular in shape.For microscopic character,there were clusters in parenchyma cell of root,branch,leaf and fruit. The root,branch and leaf possess crystal fibers. There were many stellate hairs,a few glandular and non-glandular hairs on the surface of leaf and fruit. Stomata of the anomocytic and actinocytic type have been discovered on the surface of leaf and fruit,respectively. Phloem of root and branch showed an interrupted ring of sclerenchyma. Conclusion： The morphological character of root,branch,leaf and fruit of Juglans mandshurica was systematically investigated. The character was typical. This work will provide useful information for the identification and research of Juglans mandshurica.
