参附舒心汤对不稳定性心绞痛患者血清tPAI-1、sICAM-1、MMP-9水平的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨参附舒心汤对不稳定性心绞痛血清因子及治疗效果的影响。方法：90例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为两组,每组45例,以接受西药治疗者为西药组,以接受西药联合参附舒心汤治疗者为联合组,分析两组治疗前后tPAI-1、sICAM-1及MMP-9变化情况,并探讨两组治疗效果。结果：入组时,两组间GRACE评分、SAQ评分及中医主要症状评分比较,无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,治疗2周后,联合组GRACE评分及中医主要症状评分低于对照组,SAQ评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）。同时,入组时,两组间tPAI-1、sICAM-1及MMP-9水平比较,无统计学差异（P〉0.05）;治疗2周后,联合组tPAI-1、sICAM-1及MMP-9水平低于对照组（P〈0.05）。此外,在2周的治疗时间内,两组不良反应发生率比较,未见统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：相对于单纯西药治疗,联合应用参附舒心汤可有效的提高患者的治疗效果及tPAI-1、sICAM-1及MMP-9水平。Objective： To study the influence of Shenfu Shuxin Decoction on unstable angina patients＇ sICAM,tPAI-1-1 and MMP-9 and its effect. Methods： 90 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups,each group 45 cases. The patients who recieved western medicine was as the western medicine group and those combined with Shenfu Shuxin Decoction were as the combination group. Before and after treatment,we analyzed two groups＇ ICAM tPAI-1-1 changes and MMP-9,and two groups＇ treatment effect was discussed in this paper. Results： When grouping,GRACE score between the two groups of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）,the SAQ scores and main symptom scores had no statistical difference（ P 0. 05）. 2 weeks after treatment,the combination group＇s GRACE scores and main symptoms of TCM score were lower than those of the control group. SAQ scores were higher than that of control group（ P 0. 05）. At the same time,the two groups＇ sICAM tPAI-1-1 and MMP-9 had no statistical difference（ P 0. 05）. 2 weeks after treatment,the combination group＇s sICAM tPAI-1-1 and MMP-9 levels were lower than those of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Moreover,within 2 weeks of treatment time,two groups＇ incidence of adverse reactions had no statistical difference（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Compared with the pure western medicine treatment,the combined use of Shenfu Shuxin Decoction can effectively improve the patients＇ levels of tPAI-1,sICAM 1 and MMP-9.
