健脾化湿方治疗强直性脊柱炎临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨健脾化湿方治疗强直性脊柱炎患者临床疗效及对患者免疫功能影响。方法：102例强直性脊柱炎患者按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组51例与对照组51例。对照组患者给予柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合健脾化湿方治疗。两组疗程均为14 d。比较两组治疗疗效,治疗前后免疫功能指标、VAS评分、躯体功能指数评分变化,及不良反应情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组血清IgA、IgM、IgG水平治疗后降低（P〈0.05）;观察组血清IgA、IgM、IgG水平治疗后低于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组VAS评分治疗后降低（P〈0.05）;观察组VAS评分治疗后低于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组躯体功能指数评分治疗后降低（P〈0.05）;观察组躯体功能指数评分治疗后低于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论：健脾化湿方治疗强直性脊柱炎患者临床疗效明显,且可改善患者免疫功能。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Huashi Recipe in the treatment of patients with ankylosing spondylitis and its effect on immune function. Methods： A total of 102 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients were randomly divided into observation group 51 cases and control group 51 cases according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were given sulfasalazine treatment and the observation group on the basiscombined Jianpi Huashi Recipe. Two groups treatment was 14 d. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and we observed the changes of immune function index,VAS score,body function index score and adverse reactionsbefore and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was better than the control group＇s（ P 0. 05）. The serum IgA,IgM and IgG were decreased after treatment in two groups（ P 0. 05）. The levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment（ P 0. 05）. VAS score decreased after treatment in two groups（ P 0. 05）. VAS scorein the observation group after treatment was lower than the control group＇s（ P 0. 05）. The physical function index of the two groups of patients after treatment was lower（ P 0. 05）. Patients body function index in the observation group was lower than those of the control group（ P 0. 05）. The two groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion： Jianpi Huashi Recipe is effective in the treatment of patients with ankylosing spondylitisand can improve the immune function of patients with ankylosing spondylitis.
