摘　　要：以某球载雷达的碳纤维长直薄壁波导作为实例,对其制造工艺方案进行研究。提出了一种制造技术实现方案,并具体研究了成型模具设计和制造、碳纤维波导复合材料成型设计两种关键工艺实现技术,针对研制过程中出现的问题,提出了具体有效的解决方案。该方案经实践证明切实可行,对类似波导的研制具有一定借鉴意义。Taking a carbon fiber waveguide with long straight thin-walled of aerostat radar as an example,the manufacturing process was studied.Two key process technologies were studied,including the design and manufacturing of mold,design of forming carbon fiber waveguide with composite material.Aiming at the problems in the development,the specific and effective solutions are forward.This solution is proved feasible by practice,which can be used for reference in development of the similar products.
