摘　　要：中医药在治疗糖尿病前期有其独特优势,本着"整体观念"及"治未病"的思想,对糖尿病前期患者"治病求本",调理体质,切断糖尿病前期的发展进程。糖尿病前期的病机复杂多变,病变常涉及肝、心、脾、肺、肾,作者尝试从五脏辨证论治糖尿病前期,为更完善分析糖尿病前期患者的病机提出见解。Traditional Chinese medicine has its own unique advantages in the treatment of pre-diabetes. Based on the concept of＂ holistic conception＂and＂ preventive treatment of disease＂, on which to improving the constitution to cut off the development of diabetes, by this means to achieve the fundamental treatment. The pathogenesis of prediabetes is complex and changeable. The lesions often involve the liver, heart, spleen, lungs and kidneys. The author attempts to treat the pre-diabetes stage from the differentiation of the five internal organs to provide a more comprehensive analysis of the pathogenesis of pre-diabetes patients.
