中药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:评价中药干预糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的疗效。方法:运用循证医学Cochrane系统评价方法,检索Pub Med、中国知网(CNKI)2010-2016年间发表的有关中药治疗DR的文献,由2位评价者独立筛选文献、数据提取和评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用Rev Man5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入17篇文献,共1756余例患者。Meta分析结果显示,中药组对临床疗效、视力、中医证候、眼底、视网膜循环时间效应、视网膜毛细血管渗漏范围、视网膜毛细血管无灌注区的效应均较对照组效果为佳。结论:中药干预糖尿病视网膜病变在改善患者视力、中医证候、眼底病变,降低视网膜循环时间,缩小视网膜毛细血管渗漏范围、无灌注区等方面具有一定的优势。Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in intervening diabetic retinopathy（DR）. Methods： Cochrane systematic reviews were used to search PubMed and CNKI literature published during 2010-2016 on Chinese medicine treatment of DR. Two reviewers independently screened literature for data extraction and evaluation of included studies After the risk, using RevMan5.3 software Meta analysis. Results： A total of 17 articles were included, with a total of more than 1756 patients. The result of Meta analysis showed that the effect of traditional Chinese medicine group on clinical curative effect, visual acuity, TCM syndrome, fundus lesions, retinal circulation time effect, retinal capillary leak area, retinal capillaries without perfusion area were better than those in control group. Conclusion： The intervention of Chinese medicine in diabetic retinopathy has some advantages in improving visual acuity, TCM syndromes, fundus lesions, reducing retinal circulation time, narrowing the scope of retinal capillary leak, and no perfusion area.
