舒利迭吸入剂联合半夏厚朴汤治疗支气管哮喘32例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察舒利迭吸入剂联合半夏厚朴汤加减治疗支气管哮喘32例的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的支气管哮喘的患者64例,随机分为治疗组32例,对照组32例。治疗组在一般治疗的基础上给予舒利迭吸入剂每次1吸,2次/d;并联合半夏厚朴汤1剂/d口服治疗。对照组在一般治疗的基础上仅给予舒利迭吸入剂,1周为1个疗程,2组均治疗3个疗程。2组患者在治疗前后均进行中医证候评分、哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分,肺通气功能指标的测定。结果:治疗前两组的各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组与本组相比中医证候评分较治疗前下降,ACT评分升高,且治疗组改善程度优于同时间的对照组(P<0.05),2组患者肺通气功能各指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:舒利迭吸入剂联合半夏厚朴汤加减治疗支气管哮喘临床疗效显著,且在改善患者症状,抑制气道炎症等方面优于单独应用舒利迭,是中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘的典范,值得推广。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of combination therapy of and Banxia Houpu decoction in the treatment of 32 cases of bronchial asthma. Methods： Sixty-four patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group（32 cases） and control group（32 cases）. The treatment group was given on the basis of the general treatment of Seretide inhalation every 1 inhalation, 2 times/d, and Banxia Houpu decoction 1/d oral treatment.The control group received only Seretide inhalation on the basis of general treatment. 1 week for a course of treatment,2 groups were treated 3 courses. Before and after treatment, TCM syndrome score, asthma control test（ACT） score and pulmonary function index were measured in both groups. Results： There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment（P0.05）. After treatment, TCM syndrome scores of two groups decreased compared with before treatment, ACT score increased. And the treatment group improved better than the same time the control group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in the indexes of pulmonary ventilation between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion：The combination of Seretide inhalation combined with Banxia Houpu decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma clinically has a significant effect in improving the patient＇s symptoms, inhibition of airway inflammation and so on which is better than the single use of Seretide inhalation, that is an example of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of bronchial asthma, it is worth to promoting.
