通窍活络汤加减治疗对脑出血偏瘫患者患侧肌力及神经功能影响

摘　　要：目的:观察通窍活络汤加减治疗对脑出血偏瘫患者患侧肌力及神经功能的影响。方法:选择符合标准的脑出血偏瘫患者144例,根据入院顺序分为对照组72例和试验组72例。对照组对患者进行早期康复运动治疗,试验组在康复运动治疗基础上加用通窍活络汤加减进行辅助治疗。观察2组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,试验组肌力水平好于对照组,治疗4周及8周后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NationalInstituteofHealthstrokescale,NIHSS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脑出血偏瘫患者中应用通窍活络汤加减治疗可有效增强患者患侧肌力,改善病后神经功能。Objective： To observe the effects of Tongqiao Huoluo decoction on ipsilateral muscle strength and neurological function in hemiplegia patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods： A total of 144 patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia were selected, which were divided into control group（n=72） and experimental group（n=72） according to admission sequence.Control group received early rehabilitation exercise treatment, the experimental group on the basis of rehabilitation exercise plus Tongqiao Huoluo decoction therapy. Two groups of treatment effects were observed. Results： After treatment, the strength of the test group was better than that of the control group. The scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS） after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment were lower than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion： The application of Tongqiao Huoluo decoction in the treatment of hemiplegia patients with intracerebral hemorrhage can effectively enhance the ipsilateral muscle strength of patients and improve the neurological function after illness.
