清痹汤治疗湿热痹阻型膝骨关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨清痹汤治疗湿热痹阻型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的50例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各25例。治疗组给予中药清痹汤口服治疗,对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊口服治疗,疗程均为4周。观察2组临床疗效及疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS评分)、西安大略和麦马斯特大学骨关节炎指数可视化量表(WOMAC指数)治疗前后的变化。结果:治疗组优良率为72%、总有效率为88%,对照组优良率为64%、总有效率为84%,治疗组优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分与WOMAC骨关节炎指数均有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清痹汤能有效缓解湿热痹阻型膝骨关节炎的临床症状,改善关节功能。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qingbi decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis of Hanre Bizu type. Methods： 50 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 25 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Qingbi Decoction orally and the control group with celecoxib capsules orally. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Visual acuity score（VAS score）, WOMAC index were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results： The excellent and good rate was 72% and the total effective rate was 88% in the treatment group. The excellent and good rate in the control group was 64% and the total effective rate was 84%. The excellent and good rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）. After treatment, VAS score and WOMAC osteoarthritis index were significantly improved in both groups（P0.05）, and the treatment group was better than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion： Qingbi decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of knee joint osteoarthritis with damp-heat block and improve joint function.
