摘 要:为了保证边跨钢箱梁合龙施工过程的结构安全,介绍了嘉绍大桥斜拉桥边跨钢箱梁合龙施工技术方案,建立了钢箱梁节段空间有限元分析模型,对起吊合龙段钢箱梁桥面吊机的前支点位置沿桥梁纵向偏离横隔板和竖腹板相交位置35cm后的钢箱梁结构进行计算分析。计算结果表明:桥面吊机偏离35cm后起吊合拢段钢箱梁时结构最大应力超出了规范允许值,需对钢箱梁结构进行局部加强。通过有限元计算分析确定了结构应力符合规范要求的局部加强措施。在桥面吊机作用下的桥面吊机前支点位置的钢箱梁局部变形较大,钢箱梁配切时需采取相应措施。钢箱梁合龙施工过程中桥面吊机的短距离移动可能会导致结构应力超限,类似问题不容忽视。建议将大型临时荷载纳入桥涵设计规范所列"作用",且应对大型临时荷载作用下的结构强度和稳定性等进行验算。In order to ensure structural safety in the construction process,combining the closure construction scheme of side span in Jiashao Cable-Stayed Bridge with steel box girder segment's space finite element analysis,the article presented segment's response when the front-point of deck crane was 35 cm divated from the intersection location of diaphragm and vertical web along the bridge's longitudinal direction.Results show that the maximum stress in segment was over code value and local reinforcement should be carried out.The reasonable strengthening scheme was put forward by finite element calculating.The deformations of segment at front-point position were large whether it was strengthened or not,which should draw enough attention in the process of steel box girder's distribution cutting.Therefore,it cannot be ignored that moving of deck crane even in a short distance may cause excessive amounts of stress in steel box girder.Suggestion of large construction temporary load should be listed as one of the actions in'bridge and culvert general design code'is proposed,as well as much importance should be attached to the strengthand stability verification during construction.
