摘　　要：介绍了汽车行业大型冲压生产线安全栓各种结构形式,并对每种安全栓结构特点进行分析,从安全性、可靠性、工作强度和效率等方面逐一阐述,为设备厂家和主机厂在后期的装配策略及设备技改提供方案。This paper introduces many forms of safety plug structure of large stamping production line based on the automobile industry. Meanwhile, the characteristics of these safety plugs are analyzed in terms of safety, reliability, strength and efficiency so as to providing the solution of the later assembly strategy and equipment＇ s technical reform for equipment supplier and automobile plants.
