摘　　要：介绍了一副模具加工两种形状类似零件的模具结构及工艺方案,分析了制件的排样,模具结构的设计方法和设计思路,可为类似模具设计提供思考。该模具的结构方案可以节约1副类似的模具,减少更换模具的时间,提高了生产效率。The die structure and process plan for two kinds of similar parts processed by one die are introduced in this paper.The layout of the parts are analyzed, design method and idea of die structure ,could provide thinking for similar die design.The structure can save one similar die, and reduce the replace time, improve the production efficiency.
