摘 要:使用抛物线法完成了椭圆定积分弧长的非初等函数积分计算,进而求得椭圆形冲裁件的冲裁力,在编程软件中编写了计算程序,生成了椭圆形冲裁力的计算器。编写了椭圆形凸模强度校核有限元分析的命令流,修改其中相应尺寸、材料属性和载荷力,导入到有限元分析软件中即可完成不同材料、不同尺寸和不同载荷作用下的椭圆形凸模强度校核分析。最后用实例,讲解了冲裁力计算器和有限元分析命令流的使用方法,通过实例可知该凸模强度的有限元分析方法的实用性很强。The integral calculus of non-elementary functions of elliptic definite integral arc length is completed by using parabolic method, and then the blanking force of the oval blanking is obtained ,and write down the pragram in the pragramming software, of course,the calculator which can calculate elliptical blanking force is created.The command stream of the elliptic punch strength of the finite element analysis is written.We modify corresponding dimensions, material properties and payload force.It can be reported into finite element analysis software to complete elliptic blanking punch strength in different meterials,different sizes and different loadings.Finally,the living example describes the usage method of the punching force calculator and finite element analysis commond stream.It is proved that the finite element analysis method of the punch strength is very practical.
