摘　　要：给出一种基于Android系统的USB OTG(On-The-Go)功能实现对电阻焊控制器焊接参数进行编程、修改和保存等功能的设备和软件系统。通过相关电路设计完成硬件层面的信号转换,采用JAVA语言编写软件,实现了大数据量通讯,同时克服强电磁环境干扰,并保留了大数据接口的功能。该系统结构简单,连接方便,可靠性高,软件界面更加友好,操作简单,人机交互性能得到很大改善,很大程度提高了用户体验性。-This paper presents a USB OTG （On-The-Go） function based on Android system to realize the functions of programming,modifying and saving welding parameters of resistance welding controller. Through related circuit design,the hardware level signal transformation is completed. The software is written in JAVA language,which achieves large data communication,overcomes the interference of strong electromagnetic environment,and preserves the function of big data interface. The system has the advantages of simple structure,convenient connection and high reliability. The software interface is more friendly,the operation is simple,the human-machine interaction has been greatly improved,and user experience has been greatly improved.
