摘  要:针对铝合金脉冲MIG焊接过程中电弧不稳定的情况,采用快速原型脉冲MIG焊电源开发平台进行弧长控制,并采用调节脉冲占空比和脉冲频率弧长控制方案,以平均电弧电压变化为反馈信号,设计了脉冲MIG焊电源开发平台过程的控制模块,进行铝合金脉冲MIG焊弧长的实时控制试验。结果表明,该控制系统具有良好的动态性能、抗干扰性能和稳态精度,可以快速、有效地控制弧长,焊接过程稳定,焊缝成形良好。Aiming at the welding arc stability of aluminum alloy welded by pulse MIG,this paper used the rapid prototype pulse MIG welding power source development platform to control arc length by adjusting pulse duty ratio and pulse frequency. Taking the average arc voltage changes as the feedback signal,the control module of pulse MIG welding power source development platform was designed. The real-time arc control experiment of aluminum alloy was carried out by pulse MIG. The welding tests proved that the control system had good dynamic performance, anti-jamming performance and steady state accuracy. Also, the control system realized the fast and effective control of arc length,obtaining a stable welding process and torming a good weld appearance.
