摘 要:利用电化学Tafel技术,研究了Na_2CO_3-NaHCO_3碱介质中,栲胶法脱硫剂组分和硫副盐对Q245R材料腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:脱硫剂组分NaVO_3有显著缓蚀作用,其质量浓度为0.5g/L时缓蚀率达77.2%,随NaVO_3质量浓度增至3.0g/L缓蚀率略有增加。栲胶质量浓度0~1.0g/L时,随其质量浓度增大而材料的腐蚀速率有所增加;栲胶质量浓度1.0~5.0g/L时,随其质量浓度增大而材料的腐蚀速率减小;栲胶可促进NaVO_3对材料缓蚀作用;模拟物单宁酸有缓蚀作用。栲胶法脱硫液中硫副盐可加剧材料的腐蚀,Na_2SO_4、Na_2S_2O_3、NaSCN质量浓度分别达40、80和150g/L时,材料的腐蚀速率显著增加。The effects of tannin extract desulfurizer components and sulfur by-salts on the corrosivity of Q245R were investigated in the Na2CO3-NaHCO3 alkali medium by electrochemical Tafel technology. The results show that the desulfurizer component NaVO3 has significant corrosion inhibition with a inhibition rate of 77.2% at the concentration of 0.5g/L, and the inhibition rate increases a little with the NaVO3 concentration increased to 3.0g/L . The corrosion rate of the material increases a little with the tannin extract concentration in the range of 0 to 1.0g/L, but decreases in the range of 1.0 to 5.0g/L. Corrosion inhibition of NaVO3 on the material is improved by Tannin extract. The simulated tannic acid also has an inhibitory effect. The corrosion of material can be exacerbated by sulfur by-salt in desulfurization solution, and the corrosion rate is significantly increased when the concentrations of Na2SO4, Na2S203 and NaSCN are more than 40, 80 and 150g/L, respectively.
