摘  要:为了提高舱体内型面加工的效率和自动化程度,突破舱体加工工艺瓶颈,研制了基于西门子828D数控系统的铣削专用加工设备。并针对设备结构特点和加工的特殊需求,设计开发了该设备的数控系统,完成数控系统的PLC程序和舱体内型面加工的数控编程,并通过了实际工件的工艺试验验证。试验结果表明该设备及数控系统运行稳定可靠,满足零件加工需求,有效提高了加工效率。An NC milling dedicated processing equipment based on Siemens 828D system has been designed to increase efficiency and automaticity for processing of cabin internal surface and to break through bottleneck of cabin processing technic. To the structure feature of this equipment and the specific processing demand, the control system of this equipment has been designed and exploited, PLC program of NC system and NC program of cabin internal surface processing have been finished, and the test of realistic workpiece processing has been verified. Through the test interpretation of result, it' s clear that this equipment and NC system worked stably, and met requirement of workpiece processing with improving the efficiency of processing effectively.
