摘　　要：目的探讨新型网络化综合管理平台在医院科研管理工作中的应用情况和效果。方法将沈阳军区总医院自主研发的"科研训练信息管理系统"应用于我院科研管理工作中,包括科研项目监管、SCI论文管理、成果奖项记录等,评估其管理效果。结果自应用"科研训练信息管理系统"以来,我院各类科研基金立项数、SCI论文数量及质量、各级科研成果奖项等科研指标均呈显著增长趋势。结论新系统可有效简化科研管理人员工作流程,增进院内资源及信息共享,提高管理工作效率,进一步提升管理工作质量。Objective To discuss the application and effects of a new type web-based integrated platform in the scientific research management of hospital. Methods The＂Scientific Training Information Management System＂independently established by The General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command was applied in the scientific research management,including supervision of research projects,administration of SCI articles and documentation of achievement awards. Then the effectiveness of management was evaluated.Results Since the＂Scientific Training Information Management System＂was applied,the scientific research indicators of the hospital including number of approved research projects,quantity and quality of SCI articles,number of achievement awards in recent years showed significantly increasing tendency. Conclusion The new system could effectively simplify the workflow of scientific research administrators,promote resource and information sharing within hospital,increase working efficiency and finally improve the quality of scientific research management.
