摘 要:目的评估天津口岸主要输入性蚊媒传染病(黄热病、登革热、寨卡病毒病)出现本地传播的风险。方法 2016年在天津机场和天津港选取5个代表性的口岸区域,用诱卵器法和BDV帐诱法测定伊蚊的蚊幼和成蚊密度,并进行种属鉴定和携带病原体检测。利用相关行业标准、技术方案和世界卫生组织的防控或风险评估标准,对监测结果进行评估。结果天津口岸9月份容器指数为6.22%,帐诱指数为5.6只/帐,超过了口岸蚊媒控制标准和口岸伊蚊监测安全基准,脱离了世界卫生组织的伊蚊容器指数安全区域,但未进入危险区和暴发风险区。结论天津口岸在除9月份以外的月份中,伊蚊密度低,不存在输入性虫媒传染病的传播风险;9月份是天津口岸伊蚊密度畸高期,存在蚊媒传染病传播风险,但不存在暴发风险。Objective Toassess the local transmission risk of major imported mosquito-borne infectious diseases (yellow fever, dengue fever, Zika virus disease)at Tianjin port. Methods Five representative port areas were selected in 2016 at Tianjin airport and seaport. The mosquito larvae and adult density of Aedes were detected by mosq-ovitrap and BDV trap.Species identification and pathogen detection were also taken. The monitoring results were evaluated by using relevant occupation standards, technical programs and WHO standards for prevention and control or risk assessment. Results In September, the mosq-ovitrap container index at Tianjin port was 6.22 percent, and the BDV trap index was 5.6 per net, which exceeded the control standard of mosquito vector and the safety standard of Aedesmonitoringat port.It removed from the safe area of World Health Organization's Aedes container index, but not in dangerous areas and outbreak risk areas. Conclusion In the months except September, the density of Aedes at Tianjin Port was low, and there was no transmission risk of imported insect- borne infectious diseases. In September, the density of Aedes at Tianjin Port was extremely high, and there was transmission risk of mosquito-borne infectious diseases, but there was no outbreak risk.
