摘 要:主要介绍了攀西地区钒钛铁精矿酸性氧化球团与内配碳球团的制备工艺与应用。指出链箅机-回转窑球团工艺更适合酸性氧化球团制备,内配碳球团使用压力成型造球。在球团制备过程中,需要综合考虑球团的物理性能与冶金性能进行研究,优化工艺参数,提质降耗。目前,气基竖炉还原和煤基直接还原具有节能环保、产品优质等特点,将会是以后的发展方向,原料的球团制备技术是其关键技术之一。This paper mainly introduces the preparation technology and application of acid oxidized pellets and carbon- containing pellet in vanadium and titanium iron concentrate in Panxi area. It is pointed out that the process of the chain kiln and the rotary kiln pellet is more suitable for the preparation of acidic oxidized pellets. The carbon-contai- ning pellet are formed by pressure forming. In the pellet preparation process, it is necessary to consider the physical properties and metallurgical properties of pellets to optimize the process parameters, improve quality and reduce en- ergy consumption. At present, the gas-based shaft furnace reduction and direct coal-based reduction haveenergy con- versation, environmental protection, product quality and other characteristics, will be the future direction of devel- opment, raw material pellet preparation technology is one of its key technologies.
