摘　　要：对沙钢预硬型塑料模具钢1.2312的生产实践过程进行分析总结。结果表明,通过高S、高Mn成分设计并配合洁净钢生产技术,钢中MnS夹杂物短小、分布均匀,钢板切削性能改善;通过控制轧制单道次压下量及轧制温度,钢板表面开裂问题得到解决;通过正火、回火热处理,钢板组织均匀,性能稳定,硬度均在30-34 HRC,完全达到设计和使用要求。In this paper, the production practice of Shagang pre--hardened die steel 1. 2312 was summarized. The re- sults show that smallish and uniformly distributed MnS inclusion which could improve the cutting performance was obtained in stee through higher S , Mn composition design and purify steel production technology. By controlling pass reduction and rolling temperature, the surface cracking problem was solved. And with normalizing and tempe- ring heat treatment , the product had uniform microstructure and stable performance. The product hardness was all in 30-34HRC which fully meets the requirements of design and use.
