摘　　要：对截至2016年11月底的黑龙江省民营中医医疗机构的服务现状进行调查统计,从而得出一些民营中医医疗机构所面临的困境和存在的问题以及对策。结果显示黑龙江省民营中医医疗机构的数目远超全省县级以上的公立中医医院,这说明民营中医医疗机构发展迅速,但工作情况与公立中医医院的工作情况相比还是相差甚远,无论是门诊量还是床位编制和实际开放床位数民营中医医疗机构都处于弱势。The statistical investigation of service status in private medical institutions at the end of November 2016 in Heilongjiang province was conducted to acquire countermeasures for the private medical institutions facing difficulties and problems. The number of private medical institutions traditional Chinese medicine in Heilongjiang province was far more than the provincial public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, which shows that the rapid development of private medical institutions. However, their work was still far from perfect as to public hospitals, with disadvantages in outpatient, hospital beds and actual open beds.
