基于社区需求构建“治未病”健康文化教育传播平台

摘　　要：目的:了解二沙岛社区中医"治未病"健康文化教育传播的现状与需求,分析社区"治未病"的知晓度和传播途径,为构建"治未病"健康文化教育传播平台提供依据。方法:选取二沙岛社区350位居民作为调查对象,采用自制问卷进行调查。结果:共获得337份有效问卷。77.45%受访居民听过中医"治未病",66.47%受访居民接受过中医"治未病"健康文化教育。有82.20%的人愿意参与社区中医"治未病"健康文化宣教。有92.58%的人希望社区定期开展中医"治未病"服务,开展形式为按摩、健康调养咨询、针灸和药膳食疗。结论:社区对中医"治未病"及其健康文化认知度和接受度较高,更多的人希望社区定期开展中医"治未病"服务,潜在需求已经实际存在。构建社区中医"治未病"健康文化教育平台要结合社区的需求,以定期组织义诊、健康讲座、中医保健培训等形式为渠道正确引导需求,以定期开展中医"治未病"服务活动为载体提升教育成果。Objective： To understand ＂Proposal of Preventive Treatment of Disease＂（PTD） status and needs of health education communication in the Ersha island community. To analyze the dissemination way of community awareness of ＂PTD＂ and provide the basis for the construction of ＂PTD＂ health education platform for the culture dissemination. Methods： A total of 350 Ersha island community residents served as the research object,using self-made questionnaire. Results： A total of 337 valid questionnaires were obtained. Statistically, 77.45%of the respondents had heard of ＂PTD＂, and 66.47% of the surveyed residents received ＂PTD＂. There were 82.20% people willing to participate in community medicine ＂PTD＂, while 92.58% of people hoped the community to carry out regular ＂PTD＂ service, in the form of massage and health care consulting, acupuncture and medicated diet. Conclusion： The health awareness and acceptance of ＂PTD＂ in this community is high. Many people expect the community to carry out regular treatment of ＂PTD＂, thus the potential demand has actually existed. The construction of community of ＂PTD＂ health education platform according to the needs of the community is indeed necessary. The educational achievements will be promoting by organization of regular free clinics, health lectures, training and other forms of Chinese medicine health care of the ＂PTD＂.
