摘　　要：仇湘中教授认为原发性骨质疏松症的病因病机为脾肾亏虚、瘀血阻络,治疗强调证症结合、灵活辨证,不拘泥于古,重视现代临床医学检查,在充分认清疾病的本质上,确定了补肾健脾、化瘀通络的治则,并拟定了补肾强骨汤。Professor QIU Xiang-zhong argued that etiology and pathogenesis of primary osteoporosis were deficiencies of the spleen and kidney and blood stasis obstructing the collaterals. During the treatment, he emphasized integration of disease and syndrome, flexible differentiation and escape from pedantic ideas. He also attached importance to modern clinical examinations. Based on clear understanding of the nature of the disease,he ascertained the rule of tonifying kidney and spleen and expelling blood stasis for dredging collateral, along with effective prescriptions, e.g., Bushen Qianggu Decoction（补肾强骨汤）.
