摘　　要：目的:探讨益气养阴补血方对肺鳞癌放疗后患者乏氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的影响。方法:将90例肺鳞癌患者随机分为两组各45例,治疗组患者放疗后采用益气养阴补血方干预治疗,对照组患者采用放疗干预治疗。治疗后1~3个月评价疗效;观察两组患者血清HIF-1α、血管内皮生长因子变化。结果:治疗组患者治疗后血清乏氧诱导因子-1α、血管内皮生长因子均降低(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗后血清乏氧诱导因子-1α升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组比较,治疗组患者血清乏氧诱导因子-1α、血管内皮生长因子低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组生活质量比较,治疗后治疗组患者生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴补血方可降低肺鳞癌放疗后患者血清乏氧诱导因子-1α水平,改善患者生活质量。Objective： To observe the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Buxue Fang on hypoxia-inducible factor-1α（HIF-1α） expression in patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma after radiotherapy. Methods： A total of 90 patients were divided randomly into two groups. One of the 45 cases in control group were given no drug after radiotherapy, and the 45 cases in observation group were given Yiqi Yangyin Buxue Fang after radiotherapy.The change of HIF-1α and VEGF was observed for one to three months. Results： The difference on HIF-1αand VEGF between the two groups before the treatment was not statistical（P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the HIF-1α and VEGF were reduced in observation group（P〈0.05）. And the observation group showed lower level of HIF-1α and VEGF than the control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group showed better life quality than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Yangyin Buxue Fang can decrease hypoxia-inducible factor-1α in patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma after radiotherapy and improve their life quality.
