摘 要:采用自制的新型树脂砂高温力学性能测试仪,在还原性气氛下研究树脂砂种类及主要成分的加入量对树脂砂条件热稳定性的影响。结果表明,三乙胺冷芯盒树脂砂、自硬呋喃树脂砂、酚醛树脂覆膜砂的条件热稳定性依次提高。在测试含量范围内,自硬呋喃树脂砂的条件热稳定性随着树脂加入量的增多而提高,随着固化剂加入量的增多而降低。A self-developed instrument for the high temperature mechanical properties of resin sand was adopted to analyze the influence of the type of resin sand and the addition amount of main components on the high temperature heat tolerance time of resin sand under the reducing atmosphere.The results reveal that the high temperature heat tolerance time of TEA resin sand,no-bake furan resin sand and phenolic resin coated sand is increased successively.In test content range,the high temperature heat tolerance time of resin sand is increased with the increase of resin addition and decreased with the increase of curing agent addition.
