摘  要:采用光学显微镜(OM)、涡流电导仪和维氏硬度计等手段,研究了分级时效对Cu-Cr-Zr-Co-Si合金组织和电导率、硬度的影响,并与单级时效处理工艺作比较。结果表明,采用分级时效能够促进合金基体组织中的析出相析出,并使其分布更为弥散、均匀;分级时效对合金导电性能影响不大,但能显著提高合金的硬度;分级时效处理工艺中的二次时效温度选取对合金最终性能有重要影响。The influences of multi-stage aging treatment on microstructures,electrical conductivity and hardness of Cu-Cr-Zr-Co-Si alloys were investigated by using optical microscopy(OM),eddy current device and micro-hardness test,which was compared with those of ones with single-stage aging treatment.The results show that the multi-stage aging can promote the precipitation in Cu-Cr-Zr-Co-Si alloys and precipitates are more dispersive and uniform than those in alloys treated by single step aging.The effects of multi-stage aging on the electrical conductivity of Cu-Cr-Zr-Co-Si alloy can be ignored,however,it can improve significantly the hardness of the alloy.The secondary aging temperature in the multi-stage aging treatment process has an important effect on the final properties of the alloy.
