摘　　要：建筑设备是建筑的重要组成部分,在近现代社会和建筑发展中扮演着重要的作用。文章通过对上海近代建筑设备发展的回顾,探讨了建筑设备发展对当时文学、广告和电影等都市文化方面的影响,并试图解析建筑技术进步与都市现代性之间的内在关联。As an integral part of modern architecture, building facilities play an important role in the modern social and architectural development. Reflecting on the history of building- facility development in modern Shanghai, this article discusses the influence of the modern building facility on Shanghai＇s metropolis culture in literature, advertising, and film. Furthermore, it reveals the inherent relationship between architectural technological progress and urban modernity.
