摘 要:近年来不断重复使用低伤害钻完井液,使得一些不易清除的黏土颗粒不断在钻井液中积累,导致钻井液中分散黏土含量不断升高,在液柱的高压差下,使钻井液中分散很细的黏土微粒进入储层,使储层孔隙进一步缩小,水锁加剧,导致产量降低。针对这一难题,主要从改变储层表面性质着手,研制出了酸性完井液体系,室内试验表明:酸性完井液可以使现场泥浆伤害后岩心渗透率恢复率得到明显提高,恢复率提高率达到168.77%,冲洗效果显著。现场试验一口井,试气结果表明:以初期产量计,单井产量提高率达到41.43%,提高产量效果显著。In recent years the DIF drilling fluid was always reused, that caused clay particles accumulation and MBT increasment in the mud. In high pressure of the column of drill fluid,some small bentonite particles were easy into the reservoir, that caused the reservoir pore further reduced, water lock serious, low production.In order to solve the problem,mainly change the property reservoir rock surface, developed washing liquid NDF-1.The experimental results show that NDF-1 flushing fluid can enhance permeability recovery rate of the core obviously that is damaged by reused DIF drill fluids, permeability recovery rate is average 168.77 %.Therefore, the gas water flooding efficiency was enhanced. Reservoir testing show that recovery of per well production is 41.43 % on field test.
