摘　　要：裸眼完井保护储层的有效方式之一是采用无固相钻井液,通过后续破胶处理,可以大大减少对储层的伤害,是提高油气采收率,增加产油量的有效手段之一。渤海油田大多数井钻开储层过程中往往采用PRD无固相钻井液,完井过程中需加入破胶剂破胶,不仅增加作业时间,而且破胶后随着完井液漏失,从而一定程度的污染地层。EZFLOW钻开液是渤海油田新开发的免破胶钻开液,本文在对其性能、特点描述的基础上,对QK油田水平段适用性做了评价,最终在该油田成功试用,不仅节省作业时间,节约作业成本,完井过程中基本无漏失,对储层有效保护,取得重大效果。One of the effective ways to protect reservoir in open hole completion is use the solid free drilling fluid, which can greatly reduce the damage to reservoir by subsequent gel breaking treatment, is one of the effective means to improve oil and gas recovery and increase oil production. PRD drilling fluid is often used in most wells in Bohai oilfield, and it is necessary to replace the gel breaker in the process of well completion, not only increases the operation time, and after breaking, the completion fluid leakage might let the formation be polluted. With the successful use of the EZFLOW drilling fluid, QK oilfield using EZFLOW drilling fluid in low oil prices environment, not only to save the operation time,saving operation cost, and in the completion process there is no leakage, whick make a significant effect on the protection of the reservoir.
