摘  要:适度出砂开采是提高稠油油井产能的一种有效手段,为了深入认识稠油出砂开采的增产机理,以渤海某稠油油田砂样为研究对象,通过室内实验开展了适度出砂对储层物性影响研究。实验结果表明:地层适度出砂能显著改善储层物性,在一定范围内,出砂量越多、出砂粒度分布越均匀、出砂粒径越小,储层物性改善程度越大;泥质对储层渗透率的影响远比细粉砂大,泥质排出程度越高、岩心渗透率改善程度越大。本文研究成果可为渤海稠油油田出砂开采提供理论依据。Producing with reasonable sanding is an effective means to improve the productivity of heavy oil well. In order to deepen the understanding of yield-increasing mechanism with sand production, the influence of reasonable sand production on reservoir physical property was studied with a heavy oil sand sample in Bohai as the experiment object. The experimental results show that producing with reasonable sanding can significantly improve the reservoir physical properties. Within a certain range, the reservoir physical property will be improved greater with the more sand production, the more uniform the distribution of sand grains, and the smaller sand grain size. The effect of mud on reservoir permeability is much larger than that of fine silt, the higher the discharge degree of mud is, the greater the permeability of core is. The results of study can provide theoretical basis for producing with reasonable sanding in Bohai heavy oilfield.
