摘　　要：全面抗战时期,对敌工作总的目标是瓦解日本在华作战军队,建立反对日本侵略的统一战线。因而,对敌工作成为新四军党政军建设中重要的一个环节,在抗日战争史上留下了浓墨重彩的一笔。在当时日本疯狂侵略中国的背景下,为了中华民族的生存对敌工作的展开是十分必要的,主要涉及三个方面,即政治攻势、武装斗争、优待俘虏。新四军对敌工作的意义是显著的,促进了抗日战争的胜利。The overall goal against the enemy during the Anti-Japanese War was to crumble the Japan combat troops in China and establish a united frontline against Japanese aggression. Thus,work against the enemy became an important link in the construction of party,politics and military of the NewFourth Army,as a significant chapter in the history of Anti-Japanese War. Against the background ofthe Japanese invasion of China,it was essential to expand work against the enemy for survival of thecountry,which mainly involved three aspects,namely,political campaign,armed struggle and preferential treatment of prisoners. Significance of the New Fourth Army on disintegrating the enemy was remarkable,propelling the Chinese Anti-Japanese War victory.
