论皖南行署的抗战后收复工作

摘　　要：皖南行署创设于抗日战争期间。抗战结束后,皖南行署作为战时机构对皖南地区的收复工作有着不可或缺的作用。基于皖南状况,皖南行署在收复过程中以召开会议、制定纲要、成立组织机构以及领导人训词讲话的政治手段;以恢复交通、恢复茶叶大宗行业的经济手段来完成对皖南的收复。不置可否,皖南地区的收复是完成民族独立的重要一步,但同样需要指出的是,皖南收复工作中的内部博弈是值得深思的。Southern Anhui＇s Administrative Office was set up during the Anti-Japanese War. Sincethe war ended,the Southern Anhui＇s Administrative Office has played an indispensable role in the recovery of southern Anhui. Concerning the situation of southern Anhui,the Office has held meetings,formulated the outline,organized the organization body and presented the leaders ＇ precepts in theprocess of recovery to restore transportation and the economy of the tea industry. The recovery of theSouthern Anhui region is an important step towards the completion of national independence,but it isalso important to point out that the game of internal rights in the recovery of Southern Anhui is worthpondering upon.
