摘　　要：自"十一五"以来,积极应对人口老龄化和建设节约型社会一直是我国发展过程中的两项重要任务。近年来,我国绿色可持续建筑与社会养老服务设施处于快速建设期,而养老建筑作为高能耗型公共建筑之一,其所担负的降低建筑能源消耗、实现可持续发展的重要性也愈发明显。2017台达杯竞赛将养老建筑与被动式太阳能技术相结合,根据项目所在场地气候特征进行分析,探究被动式采暖与降温技术在养老建筑设计中的应用,从而营造一个绿色、健康、舒适的生活空间,使垂暮老人可以安享晚年。Since the issue of "eleventh five-year plan",dealing with the aging population actively and constructing economical society are important tasks in Chinese development process. In recent years,the sustainable building and social endowment service facilities construct rapidly domestically,and the pension construction as one of high energy consumption of public buildings,the responsibility of reducing the energy consumption,and the importance of realizing the sustainable development is increasingly obvious. 2017 International Solar Building Design Competition combines endowment buildings with passive energy saving technology,the climate characteristics are analyzed according to the project site,the passive heating and cooling technology is explored in the endowment building design,in order to create a green,comfortable living environment for the old to spend their twilight years.
