摘 要:我国建筑能耗比重大,被动式超低能耗绿色建筑已成为解决能源短缺问题、实现节能减排和绿色发展目标的新型建筑形式。山东省济南市某公建项目是省被动式超低能耗绿色建筑试点示范项目和住建部科技计划项目,采用了超厚保温层、新风置换与热回收、低能耗太阳能空调、光导管照明、智能控制与管理等众多节能设计,达到了综合节能85%的效果。结合该项目的具体情况,详细介绍和分析被动式超低能耗绿色建筑中节能系统与技术的应用,为其他绿色建筑工程提供一定参考经验。Building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of China 's total energy consumption,passive ultra-low-energy consumption building has been a new building form to resolve the energy shortage, realize the goal of energy-efficiency and emission-reduction and green development. The public building project in Jinan city of Shandong province is one of the pilot demonstration projects of the passive ultra-low-energy consumption building in Shandong province and science and the technology program project of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,saving85%energy than common building was realized by adopting many methods,such as extra thick insulation layer,ventilation system with heat recovery,solar air-conditioner,light pipes system and intelligent energy and efficiency management system. Basing on the specific conditions of the case,energy-saving systems and technologies of passive ultra-low-energy consumption building are introduced and analyzed in details,providing reference for other building projects.
