摘 要:国内绿色屋顶技术正在快速发展。屋顶植物种类的不同对于整个绿色屋顶的节能降温效果影响显著。使用基于Energy Plus引擎的建筑能耗模拟软件Design Builder,建立武汉地区典型低层住宅建筑模型,并综合软件的参数设置标准和相关标准规范设置住宅的布局设计、室内人员状况、空调模式等参数,研究7种不同屋顶植物的夏季节能降温效果。结果显示:横向比较实验植物发现,植物叶面积指数、叶片太阳辐射热反射率与夏季屋顶得热量均呈反比例关系。7种植物夏季节能降温效果最好的为乔木类梅;分析的3种灌木中,八角金盘夏季节能降温效果最好。Green roof is developing rapidly in China. The effect of energy saving and cooling is various with the plants variety prominently. The Design Builder is utilized,which is a green building simulation software based on Energy Plus computing engine,to establish a typical low-rise residential building model in Wuhan. According to the integrated software parameters and the relevant standard and specifications,the paper sets the design of the residential layout,indoor staff status,air conditioning settings and other settings related to the model. The energy saving and cooling effect of seven different roof plants in summer is studied. The simulation results show that the leaf area index of the plant,the thermal reflectivity of the solar radiation and the heat of the roof in the summer are inversely proportional to each other. Plum has the best energy saving and cooling effect in summer among seven plants; and Fatsia japonica has the best energy saving and cooling effect in summer among three kinds of shrubs.
