摘  要:新农村建设的过程中,采暖热源的选择有一定的限制,热源规模与建筑热负荷有关,因此建筑设计中围护结构的节能要求较高。以寒冷地区某新农村住宅楼为研究对象,采用能耗模拟软件e QUEST,分别模拟不同热工性能的外墙、屋面、外窗建筑的全年供暖情况,并分析各围护结构热工性能对建筑供暖负荷的影响,探讨其节能潜力,为新农村建筑节能指明方向。In the process of new rural construction,the choice of the heat source has certain limitation,and the size of heat source is related to the building thermal load,so the requirements of retaining structure are more strict in the design of building energy conservation. This paper takes a new rural residential building in cold area as the research object,simulates the annual heating energy consumption of external walls,roofing,outside windows by using e QUEST software respectively. And the influence of envelope thermal performance to heating is analyzed,discussing its energy saving potential,pointing out the direction of building energy conservation.
