摘　　要：目前国内小镇规划多着眼于特色的建构。在此背景下,寻求构建一种基于亚热带湿润气候特征和地区人文特色、以产业发展为主导方向的低碳活力小镇建设路径成为一个重要研究方向。以芽溪为例,以一脉相承和创新引鉴作为规划思路,通过同类型案例研究,确定"生态、形态、业态、文态"四态融合的小镇发展路径,并着重构建山水共融、弹性化的海绵生态城镇,形态强化可识别性、归属感和认同感,业态强化生活、旅游、运营三位一体,文态强化民族元素、非遗元素、融合元素和体验元素的传承,以期为小镇的可持续发展提供借鉴。At present,the domestic town planning focuses on the construction of features. Under this background,it is an important research direction to build a low carbon vitality town based on the characteristics of subtropical humid climate and regional human characteristics and the direction of industrial development as the dominant direction. Yaxi county is studied,taking the same strain and innovation as the planning idea. Through the case studies of the same type,the development path of small town with four states of "ecology,morphology,economic development,culture and ethnic "is defined,and the sponge ecological town with the integration of landscape and water and elasticity is emphasized.The "morphological aspect"strengthens the recognition,sense of belonging and identity; the "economic development"fortifies the integration of life,tourism and operation; the "cultural and ethnical aspect"strengthens the ethnic elements,non-cultural heritage elements,integration and experience,with a view to the sustainable development of the town to provide reference.
