摘　　要：利用热管换热原理开发了蒸脱机尾气热能再利用系统,介绍了关键装备的组成、工质优选和调配、热管材质外形、管径关键影响因素,并分析了该系统在3 000 t/d菜籽加工线的应用节能效果。The heat energy recycling system on DTDC exhaust gas is developed by utilizing heat transfer principle of heat pipe.The key equipment components,selection and blending of working medium,heat pipe material,shape,diameter were introduced,and the energy saving effect of the system application in the 3 000 t/d rapeseed processing line was analyzed.
