中文版服药依从性量表评价门诊高血压患者服药依从性的信度与效度研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中文版Morisky服药依从性量表评价高血压门诊患者服药依从性的信度和效度。方法将英文版Morisky服药依从性量表译成中文,对中文版Morisky服药依从性量表进行信度和效度检测,并评价其预测价值。结果中文版量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.736,重测信度为0.944,提示中文版量表具有较好的内部一致性及稳定性;量表各个条目的 CVI值在0.800~1.000之间,总CVI值为0.970,内容效度符合要求。根据血压值将患者分为达标和未达标两组,比较两组服药依从性得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中文版Morisky服药依从性量表具有较好的信度、效度和预测价值,是评价高血压门诊患者服药依从性较理想的临床测量工具。Objective To explore the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Morisky Medication Adherence Scale-8 items( MMAS-8) in evaluating medication compliance of outpatients with hypertension.Methods The English version of MMAS-8 was translated into Chinese,and the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of MMAS-8 was tested,and its predictive value was evaluated.Results The Chinese version of MMAS-8 Cronbach's α coefficient was 0. 736 and the test-retest reliability was 0. 944,which indicates its good internal consistency and stability.The CVI values of each item of the scale varied between 0.800 and 1.000,and the total CVI value is 0.970,the content validity meets the requirement. Patients were assigned to two groups according to the blood pressure. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups( P<0.01).Conclusion The Chinese version of MMAS-8 could provide good reliability,validity and predictive value,as a satisfactory clinical measure for medication compliance of outpatients with hypertension.
