老年髋部骨折患者照顾者延续护理需求的质性研究

摘　　要：目的深入了解老年髋部骨折患者照顾者对延续护理的需求,为提供有效的延续护理提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对10名老年髋部骨折患者的主要照顾者进行半结构访谈,用Colaizzi分析法对访谈内容进行资料分析。结果老年髋部骨折患者照顾者延续护理需求共提炼出4个主题:医院和社区卫生资源需求;疾病相关知识需求;康复护理服务需求;家庭、社会支持需求。社区卫生资源的可及性是照顾者的首要需求;提供上门护理服务是照顾者的最迫切需求。结论构建医院-社区联合医疗模式,发展家庭护理服务,完善社会支持体系,切实满足老年髋部骨折患者及照顾者的延续护理需求。Objective To understand the continuity nursing needs of elderly hip fracture patients' caregivers and provide reference for effective continuity care.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted 10 elderly patients' caregivers with hip fracture by using the present study in qualitative research,the Colaizzi method was used to analyze the data.Results There were four themes about the continuity nursing needs of elderly hip fracture patients' caregivers,which included the resource needs of hospital and community health,needs related disease knowledge,needs of rehabilitation nursing,needs of family and social support.The accessibility of community health resources was the primary demand,the most urgent need of caregiver was provide home health care.Conclusion To build a hospital-community medical model,develop family nursing service,improve social support system and meet patients and caregivers continuity needs with hip fracture.
