国外孕产妇早期预警评分系统的研究现况及对我国的启示

摘　　要：文章归纳了国外早期预警评估工具和孕产妇早期预警评分系统的应用现状。在此基础上对我国研究前景进行了展望,包括基于循证证据和临床数据分析构建本土化孕产妇早期预警评分工具、明确预警触发机制并规范孕产妇早期预警评分系统应用流程、借助护理信息化平台整合风险预测预警预控系统、建立多学科协作的产科快速反应团队并培训专业知识与团队合作能力,以期为我国孕产妇早期预警护理研究和临床实践提供指导和帮助。The article summarized the current research status on the early warning score system of pregnant women in abroad and presented Chinese future research directions on the basis,which including to establish localized early warning assessment tool of pregnant women based on the evidence-based and clinical data analysis,to define the warning trigger mechanism and standard its function process,to integrate risk forecasting with the nursing information platform,to establish the rapid response team of multidisciplinary collaboration obstetric and train professional and team-working capabilities,so as to provide reference for Chinese nursing research and clinical practice.
