应用“调肠通便功”改善糖尿病肾病阴虚燥热患者便秘的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨"调肠通便功"对糖尿病肾病阴虚燥热便秘患者的效果。方法课题组针对糖尿病肾病患者阴虚燥热、自主神经病变肠道蠕动减慢等情况,对40例糖尿病肾病阴虚燥热便秘患者实施"调肠通便功"干预,包括分腹阴阳、顺腹摸肠、推肠荡气和穴位加强,每日干预1次,干预周期为3d,干预前后采用便秘患者症状自评量表评价患者便秘症状及每次干预前后患者肠鸣音和干预周期内排便情况。结果糖尿病肾病患者排便情况明显好转,每次干预后患者肠蠕动均有明显的增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预周期3d内排便患者为36例,占90.00%。结论糖尿病肾病阴虚燥热便秘患者实施"调肠通便功",具有积极的作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of " regulate intestinal and laxative gong" in the constipation patients of diabetic nephropathy with the Yin deficiency and dryness heat.Methods Totally,40 patients with diabetic nephropathy Yin scorching constipation received " regulate intestinal and laxative gong" intervention,including Fenfu Yinyang,Shunfu Mochang,Tuichang Dangqi and acupoint once daily. Then compared the self-assessment of symptom,bowel sounds,defecation before and after 3 day of intervention by patient assessment of constipation.Results The defecation situation were improved after intervention,the number of peristalsis in patients after each intervention were higher than before( P<0.01),about 90.00%( n = 36) of patients had defecate.Conclusion The effect of " regulate intestinal and laxative gong" were benefit for constipation patients of diabetic nephropathy with the Yin deficiency and dryness heat,it is worthy of clinical application.
