摘　　要：文章通过介绍英国的护理管理工作模式,包括护理管理体系、护理人员架构及资质、护理管理工作范畴等方面内容,对我国人文关怀理念的深化、护理质量管理体系的完善及护理领导力的建设等方面提供参考依据。The paper introduced the English nursing management mode including the model of nursing management,structure and qualification of nursing staff and detailed working content.Based on the concept of human-oriented,it put forward some suggestions to improve the level of nursing management in China,included deepen the concept of humanistic care,improve the model of nursing mangement and develop nursing leadership.
