摘  要:传统的人工巡检输油管线抄表采集数据的方法效率低下、实时性差,已无法满足现今石油管道运输的发展需求。为满足管线状态实时监测的需求,实现输油管线多监测节点远距离状态数据采集的智能化,基于FPGA和光纤通信技术,设计实现了一种多节点串联的数据采集传输系统。单个节点设备以FPGA和光纤收发模块为主要硬件基础,使用Verilog HDL语言对FPGA进行编程设计完成对节点数据处理并通过光纤传输,再通过多个节点设备之间的串联形成一个数据采集传输链,从而实现对多监测节点的数据采集。测试结果表明,系统工作稳定,可以完成对输油管线多监测节点的数据自动、实时的采集和传输,克服了传统的数据采集方式过于依靠人力的弊端,大大降低了监测成本。The traditional manual inspection method for collecting data from oil pipeline is inefficient and poor in real time,which cannot meet the demand of petroleum pipeline transportation.In order to meet the needs of real-time monitoring of the pipeline condition,realization of intelligence of long-distance state data acquisition for pipeline monitoring node,we design and implement a data acquisition and transmission system of multi-node tandem based on FPGA and optical fiber communication technology. Taking FPGA and fiber optic transceivers as the main hardware base,the single node equipment uses Verilog HDL for programming to FPGA and completes the data processing through optical fiber transmission.Then the acquisition transmission chain can be formed through the series of multiple node devices to achieve the data acquisition of multi-monitoring node.The tests showthat the system is stable and capable of completing the automatic and real-time acquisition and transmission of data to pipeline monitoring nodes,which overcomes the traditional data collection of relying too heavily on human and greatly reduces the monitoring cost.
