摘 要:为控制藜麦幼苗徒长导致的倒伏,提高幼苗质量,以藜麦1号为材料,利用不同质量浓度多效唑(50、100、150、200、300、400 mg/L)和矮壮素(500、1 000、2 000、3 000、5 000、7 000 mg/L)进行浸种处理,采用沙培的方法,通过测定藜麦幼苗的素质形态指标、茎秆抗折力、倒伏指数、壮苗指数和生理指标,分析不同质量浓度多效唑和矮壮素对藜麦幼苗质量的影响。结果表明:与蒸馏水浸种(对照)相比,200 mg/L多效唑浸种处理藜麦幼苗的株高降低33.84%、茎粗增加63.04%、茎秆抗折力增加94.29%、根系活力增加52.86%、叶绿素含量增加101.15%、可溶性糖含量增加27.59%,为多效唑浸种藜麦的最适质量浓度;3 000 mg/L矮壮素处理藜麦幼苗的株高降低17.11%、茎粗增加60.14%、茎秆抗折力增加32.86%、根系活力增加19.52%、叶绿素含量增加49.43%、可溶性糖含量增加10.34%,为矮壮素浸种藜麦的最适质量浓度。综合各指标可见,以200 mg/L多效唑对藜麦进行浸种效果较好,可促进幼苗干物质的合成和积累,有利于培育壮苗。To regulate excessive growth of quinoa seedlings resulting in stem lodging and improve resistance of seedlings,experiments were carried out with potted sandy cultured seedling of quinoa No. 1 to explore the effects of soaking seeds in different concentrations of paclobutrazol( 50,100,150,200,300,400 mg/L) and chlorocholine chloride( CCC)( 500,1 000,2 000,3 000,5 000,7 000 mg/L) on seedling quality( morphological index,snapping resistance,lodging resistance index,sound seedling index and physiological index). The results showed that,in comparison with soaking seeds in distilled water( control),the height of seedlings decreased by 33. 84%,stem diameter increased by 63. 04%,the culm bending resistance increased by 94. 29%,root vigor increased by 52. 86%,chlorophyll content increased by101. 15%,and the content of soluble sugar increased by 27. 59% under 200 mg/L paclobutrazol treatment. And thus,200 mg/L was the optimal concentration of paclobutrazol for soaking seeds to promote seedling growth. Under 3 000 mg/L CCC treatment,the height of seedlings decreased by 17. 11%,stem diameter increased by 60. 14%,bending resistance of stems increased by 32. 86%,root vigor increased by19. 52%,chlorophyll content increased by 49. 43%,and the content of soluble sugar increased by 10. 34%. So 3 000 mg/L was optimal for soaking seeds with CCC. By comparison,200 mg/L pa-clobutrazol is most suitable for soaking seeds,which may be helpful to promote the synthesis and accumulation of carbohydrate,and further to cultivate sound seedlings.
