摘 要:为了了解中国高校体育的知识创新能力与成果,研究针对中国高校体育专利,对其申请趋势、申请内容、申请的法律状态以及高产机构集中与高产个人等方面运用专利计量分析的方法进行了分析。结果发现:中国高校体育专利申请在数量上逐年上升,但整体质量不高,专利申请多为实用新型专利且失效专利过多;高产机构主要集中在综合性院校;专利申请领域主要集中在A63B类。建议体育类院校(系)加强发明专利研发,提高专利有效率和专利质量,从而提高高校体育知识创新能力。In this paper, in order to understand the Chinese university sports knowledge innovation ability and a- chievement, the author uses the method of patent econometric analysis to analyzes the application of the patent, the application of the content, the legal status of the application and the concentration of the high - yield organization and the high - yield individual. The results show that the number of patent applications for sports in China has in-creased year by year, but the overall quality is not high. Patent applications are mostly utility patents and too many patent failures. High - yielding institutions are mainly concentrated in comprehensive colleges. Patent applications are mainly concentrated in A63B class. It is suggested that physical education institutions (departments) should strengthen the invention patent research and development, improve the patent efficiency and patent quality so as to improve the ability of college sports knowledge innovation.
