摘  要:【目的】了解施锌对白菜生长与白菜吸锌量的关系。【方法】以生物质炭载锌(用生物质炭固定锌)为材料,以"晋菜三号"为对象,探讨不同浓度的生物质炭载锌对白菜产量、品质、养分含量与吸锌量的影响。【结果】(1)施生物质炭载锌后不同土壤中白菜产量均有提高,黄砂土、黄粘土与大泥土生物质炭载锌浓度分别为100、300和200 mg/kg时白菜产量最高,单株重分别为156.35、115.97和129.67 g。(2)同一土壤中施生物质炭载锌白菜品质总的变化基本一致,在生物质炭载锌浓度为100 mg/kg时,黄砂土、黄粘土与大泥土中白菜品质均最佳,可溶性固形物含量分别为7.4%、6.4%和5.9%,水溶性总糖含量分别为6.49%、6.67%和6.32%,维生素C含量分别为511.9、420.4和480.5 mg/kg。(3)施生物质炭载锌对不同土壤中白菜养分含量均有明显提高,黄砂土、黄粘土与大泥土生物质炭载锌浓度100、200 mg/kg时白菜养分含量最高,含氮量分别为2.51%、2.63%和2.43%,含磷量分别为0.22%、0.18%和0.18%,含钾量分别为1.77%、1.96%和1.82%。(4)不同浓度生物质炭载锌对不同土壤类型白菜吸锌量有显著性差异,黄砂土、黄粘土与大泥土在生物质炭载锌浓度为200与300 mg/kg时,白菜锌含量最高,分别为4.78、4.54和4.41 mg/kg。【结论】在生物质炭载锌浓度为100~200 mg/kg时有利于黄砂土、黄粘土与大泥土中的白菜生长,同时提高白菜的产量、品质、养分含量和锌含量。【Objective】The study aimed to discuss the correlation between growth and Zn absorbed amount of Chinese cabbage under Zn application. 【Method】Jincai 3,a Chinese cabbage variety,was used to study the effects of Zn absorbed on biochar with different concentrations on yield,quality,nutrient content and Zn absorption amount of Jincai 3.【Result】( i) Applying Zn absorbed on biochar could increase the yield of Jincai 3 cultivated in different soils. The highest yield per plant of Jincai 3 cultivated in yellow sand soil applied with 100 mg/kg Zn absorbed on biochar,yellow clay soil applied with 300 mg/kg Zn absorbed on biochar and clay soil applied with 200 mg/kg Zn absorbed on biochar could reach 156. 35,115. 97 and 129. 67 g respectively.( ii) The quality variation of Chinese cabbage cultivated in the same soil changes with variation of Zn absorbed on biochar application and the soluble solid,water-soluble total sugar and Vc content of Chinese cabbage cultivated in yellow sand soil,yellow clay soil and clay soil applied with 100 mg/kg Zn absorbed on biochar could be up to 7. 4%,6. 4 % and 5. 9 %,6. 49 %,6. 67 % and 6. 32 %,and 511. 9 mg/kg,420. 4 mg/kg and 480. 5 mg/kg respectively.( iii) Applying Zn absorbed on biochar could obviously increase the nutrients content of Chinese cabbage cultivated in different soils and the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content of Chinese cabbage cultivated in yellow sand soil,yellow clay soil and clay soil applied with 100 mg/kg or 200 mg/kg Zn absorbed on biochar could reach 2. 51%,2. 63 % and 2. 43 %,0. 22 %,0. 18 % and 0. 18 %,and 1. 77 %,1. 96 % and 1. 82 % separately.( iv) There was a significant difference in Zn absorption amount of Chinese cabbage cultivated in different soils between different application amounts of Zn absorbed on biochar and the highest Zn content of Chinese cabbage cultivated in yellow sand soil,yellow clay soil and clay soil applied with 200 or 300 mg/kg Zn absorbed on biochar could be 4. 78,4. 54 and 4. 41 mg/kg respectively.�
