摘　　要：在EPC工程实际案例采购招标经验基础上,通过拦标价设置的影响因素分析,拦标价设置时经常出现的问题论述,提出了科学、合理、贴近市场实际的拦标价设置原则和方法。On the basis of the real cases of procurement bidding experience of EPC projects,this paper presents the principles and methods of block bid price setting which are scientific,reasonable and close to the actual market through the analysis of the influential factors of block bid price setting and the frequently appearing problems when block bid price is set.
