摘　　要：针对某公司资金管理中出现的问题,在充分调研的基础上,提出公司对施工项目进行资金审批的设想,并经过近5年对项目资金审批的实践,规范了项目资金管理,形成了公司统一的资金流,促进了成本管理工作的实施,推进了公司整体管理水平的提高。In light of the company funding management problems,on the basis of full investigation,the paper puts forward funding approval concept for the company construction project. Through 5 years' project funding approval practice,it regulates the project fund management,forms united fund flow,forms cost managment practice,and promotes integral management level as well.
